SOP’s for after sales services
Integra Solar is committed to deliver the high quality after sale services up to 5 years after installation and follow the following procedure to fulfil your problem:
- Highly qualified In-House team of Engineers are available to remotely access your system, run troubleshoot and fix the problem remotely.
- If problem persists after troubleshooting, our technical support team visit your premises and detect the technical faults in the system and repair it.
- If some severe problem detected in the system and need a replacement, the replacement will be done within 2 weeks.
